Summary: This role in the Private Wealth Management department involves supporting relationship managers through client servicing, trade booking, and administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with various Business Units to ensure client documentation is in compliance with policies and procedures
- Ensure all client queries are promptly followed up and resolved
- Client order taking
- Understanding client's overall relationship with the bank
- Trade booking and settlement
- Settlement and funding issues resolution
- Margin calls follow-up and collateral issues resolution
- Transactional documentation (e.g., client suitability and eligibility)
- Ensure full awareness of and adherence to internal policies and procedures
- Ensure administrative tasks are completed, such as travel / hotel bookings, expense claims, mailing of marketing materials
Key Skills:
- Fluent in English and at least intermediate level of proficiency in verbal and written Bahasa/Malay
- Degree Holder with minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant financial services experience, preferably in relation to frontline client service
- Possesses CACS Paper 1 & 2
- Strong knowledge in Private Banking investment products, e.g., FX, Equities, Fixed Income, derivatives
