Severn & Wye Nature Programme Manager

Summary: The Severn & Wye Nature Programme Manager will lead a partnership of 14 environmental NGOs focused on nature recovery initiatives across the Severn, Wye, and Warwickshire Avon river catchments. This role requires strategic thinking, relationship management, and business planning skills to develop and implement nature recovery programs. The position is a two-year fixed-term contract with potential for extension, offering a flexible working arrangement within the region. The successful candidate will be passionate about nature and capable of inspiring collaboration among partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop strategic nature recovery programs across the catchment.
• Secure investment from public and private sector organizations.
• Manage relationships and partnerships with farmers, environmental experts, and businesses.
• Oversee business planning and organizational tasks related to the program.
• Inspire and support partners in nature recovery efforts.
