Summary: The ServiceNow Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs tailored to various skill levels for a large transformation program implementing ServiceNow. The role requires both online and onsite training delivery to approximately 125 staff members. The position is a 9-month contract with a hybrid working arrangement, necessitating a high level of onsite presence in the West Midlands during specific months. The trainer must have proven experience with ServiceNow and be eligible for BPSS clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on the ServiceNow platform, tailored to various skill levels.
• Create and maintain training materials, including documentation, presentations, and video tutorials.
• Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions to educate end-users and administrators on ServiceNow functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop customised training solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, modules, and best practices to ensure training is current and effective.
• Provide feedback and assessments to measure trainee progress and adjust training strategies as needed.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Trainer or extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, or others.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
• Eligibility for BPSS clearance.
