Summary: The ServiceNow Tester role involves designing, developing, and executing automated tests within the ServiceNow platform, specifically using the Automated Test Framework (ATF). Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow’s Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Write and execute test scripts using Jasmine and JavaScript to validate ServiceNow functionality, workflows, and integrations.
  • Ensure test scripts are modular, reusable, and adhere to best practices.
  • Execute automated test cases to validate ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and upgrades.
