Summary: The ServiceNow Technical Consultant – SecOps role involves designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow SecOps solutions tailored to various business needs. The consultant will analyze security requirements, configure ServiceNow modules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while staying updated on industry trends. This position requires a strong background in ServiceNow and security practices, along with excellent communication skills. The contract is for 6 months and is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse business and IT security requirements to design and implement ServiceNow SecOps solutions.
• Configure and customise ServiceNow modules for SecOps, including incident response, vulnerability management, and security automation.
• Develop and implement custom applications within ServiceNow to meet specific security needs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and SecOps trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT security teams, and other consultants.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and proposal development.
• Test and validate ServiceNow SecOps solutions to ensure they meet requirements and perform as expected.
• Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
