Summary: The ServiceNow Technical Consultant – SecOps role is a 6-month contract position focused on designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow SecOps solutions tailored to various business needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse business and IT security requirements to design and implement ServiceNow SecOps solutions.
- Configure and customise ServiceNow modules for SecOps, including incident response, vulnerability management, and security automation.
- Develop and implement custom applications within ServiceNow to meet specific security needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow releases and SecOps trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, IT security teams, and other consultants.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and proposal development.
- Test and validate ServiceNow SecOps solutions to ensure they meet requirements and perform as expected.
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
