Summary: As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant specializing in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) at Wrangu, you will deliver technical consulting services and implement ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs. Your role involves translating business requirements into effective technical solutions while ensuring adherence to best practices. You will engage with clients, participate in design workshops, and provide post-implementation support, contributing to innovative solutions that enhance client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM applications, including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Regulatory Change Management, Audit Management, and Advanced Audit.
  • Engage with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using ServiceNow’s functionality.
  • Participate in functional design workshops to define design specifications.
  • Address technical and configuration questions, communicating complex issues clearly to various audiences.
  • Ensure alignment with the ServiceNow Now Create methodology and industry best practices.
  • Produce technical and client-facing documentation ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Assist with gap analysis and provide advice on options, risks, and impacts on business processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success and assist with delivery.
  • Provide post-implementation support and assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving issues.

Key Skills:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring IRM solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Application Developer, and Implementation Specialist (or ability to gain certifications immediately).
  • Experience with ServiceNow IRM modules: Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Regulatory Change Management, Audit Management, and Advanced Audit.
  • Strong technical skills, including 1-2 years of scripting experience on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with strong client engagement skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills for effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Agile delivery and familiarity with Project Management methodologies.
  • Ability to create clear, concise documentation for technical and customer-facing audiences.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across the EMEA region and beyond.
