ServiceNow Technical Architect

Summary: The ServiceNow Technical Architect role is a contract position focused on leading the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The architect will define the platform strategy and ensure integration with enterprise systems while collaborating with various stakeholders. The position requires a strong background in ServiceNow modules and best practices. The role is hybrid, requiring two days a week in Berkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on ServiceNow architecture, design, and best practices.
• Define and drive the overall platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Design & implement ServiceNow modules.
• Ensure platform scalability, security, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Conduct solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and governance boards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to align solutions with business objectives.

Key Skills:

• 3+ years' experience in ServiceNow technical architecture.
• Implementation of core and advanced ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, etc.).
• Integration of ServiceNow with external systems (REST, SOAP, APIs, LDAP, SSO, etc.).
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM best practices.
• ServiceNow qualifications (desirable).

Salary (Rate): £53.00/hr
