Summary: The ServiceNow Specialist role requires an individual with active SC clearance and extensive experience in delivering ServiceNow implementations within enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments (ITSM as a minimum)
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions
- Work with Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Client Scripts
- Understand ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and core platform capabilities
- Build and support secure integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Oauth, IntegrationHub)
- Define and implement data mappings and transformation logic
- Manage incident, problem, change, and request processes
- Lead customer onboarding, workshops, and solution design sessions
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Produce high-quality technical documentation and functional specifications
Key Skills:
- Active SC clearance
- Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow implementations
- Proven ability to design and implement ServiceNow solutions
- Advanced experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, Client Scripts
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model and core platform capabilities
- Experience with secure integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Oauth, IntegrationHub)
