ServiceNow Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join one our our global consulting clients. This role will be based in The Hague. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days on-site and 3 days remote per week. The successful candidate will play a cross-functional architectural role across the end clients ServiceNow projects rather than being assigned to one specific program. Dutch language proficiency is essential.

Requirements Description:

• Strong experience as a ServiceNow Architect
• Proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written)
• Flexibility to work across various projects and client departments
• Willingness to work on-site 2 days per week

Tasks Description:

• Serve as the primary ServiceNow Architect across multiple business units
• Engage with stakeholders to gather, translate, and refine requirements
• Architect and advise on solutions involving ITSM, SPM, CSM, and custom ServiceNow applications
• Contribute to long-term platform strategy and implementation best practices
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client expectations and standards

Essential Skills/Experience Description:

• A minimum of 8 years working with ServiceNow
• Proven experience in ServiceNow Architecture across modules like ITSM, CSM, SPM
• Experience with custom app development on the ServiceNow platform
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement translation skills
• Fluent in Dutch (required)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Desirable Skills/Additional Information Description:

• Previous experience working in a multi-client or consultancy environment
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• ServiceNow certifications
