Summary: The role of ServiceNow Solution Architect involves working on a 6-month rolling contract basis, focusing on delivering end-to-end solutions for a leading public sector infrastructure organization. The position is based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, and requires a hybrid working arrangement with two days on-site. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
- Ensure best practices are followed in ServiceNow implementations.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
- Experience in public sector infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
