Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) within ServiceNow.
  • Lead solution design workshops and contribute to sprint planning and overall project delivery.
  • Take ownership of technical requirements and solution components related to ServiceNow HAM & SAM implementations.
  • Provide oversight of technical governance across the ServiceNow platform.
  • Enforce coding standards and best practices across delivery teams.
  • Design and document high-level architecture and solution artefacts.
  • Act as an escalation point for technical issues and development blockers.
  • Proactively identify and log opportunities for platform and process improvements.
  • Contribute to platform health, stability, and performance management.
  • Support technical triage and resolution of major incidents when required.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders to drive key decisions and outcomes.
