Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions, translating business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical designs.
- Provide technical governance and enforce coding standards across internal and client-side development teams.
- Produce and maintain high-level design documentation and solution architecture artefacts.
- Act as a senior escalation point for development blockers and platform-related issues.
- Identify and log continuous improvement opportunities across the ServiceNow platform.
- Support platform health management and contribute to technical triage during major incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Senior Developer.
- Deep expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in technical governance and mentoring development teams.
- Ability to work independently and lead technical discussions with both business and IT stakeholders.
