Summary: The ServiceNow Senior Tech Lead (ITSM/ITOM) is responsible for designing, implementing, and developing ServiceNow modules, with a strong focus on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM. The role involves collaborating with process owners to enhance core applications and providing technical expertise to evaluate the impacts of technology on organizational processes. The position requires hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and a commitment to mentoring junior engineers. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days of office work per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep understanding of key technologies for building ServiceNow integration solutions including Integration Hub, SSO, and REST services.
• Develop and deliver new digital solutions based on ServiceNow roadmap capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with MID Server Integrations.
• Implementation experience in ServiceNow Discovery and ITAM modules.
• Experience in hardware/software asset reconciliation.
• Installation of HAM/SAM Modules.
• Knowledge of ITIL modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request fulfillment.
• Creating and maintaining APIs and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services.
• Building customized dashboards and reports based on client requirements.
• Implementation and customization of Agent Workspace and Service Portal.
• Knowledge of ITOM Event Management, Health Log Analytics, and Metrics Intelligence modules is preferred.
• Experience in deploying packages across test/prod instances.
• Preferred experience with ATF.
• Coaching and mentoring junior engineers while delivering assigned tasks.

Key Skills:

• Hands-on development experience in the ServiceNow platform, notably ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum development approaches.
• Strong experience in integrations with third-party tools using web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc.
• Experience in loading data into ServiceNow from third-party systems using Web Services and Import Sets.
• Experience with UI Scripting, UI Action, UI Policy, UI Macro, Business Rules, Workflow development, ServiceNow administration, Reporting in ServiceNow SQL, and Database view in ServiceNow.
