ServiceNow Senior Project Manager – Service Operations & ServiceNow Transformation (x2 roles) Contract | Outside IR35

We are recruiting for two Senior Project Manager contract roles to support high-profile, enterprise transformation programmes within service operations and ServiceNow-led automation. Both roles sit within the same delivery environment and consultancy, working directly with senior leadership on outcome-driven programmes. While the focus of each role differs, both require experienced Project Managers who are comfortable operating in complex, politically sensitive environments where people, process, and technology intersect.

The roles at a glance

Role 1: Service Operations Integration (Ireland to UK)

You will lead the integration of an Irish service operations organisation into an established UK operating model. The technical ServiceNow consolidation is delivered by an external partner. Your role is everything else: operating model alignment, stakeholder management, governance, and change. This is a people-led integration, requiring cultural sensitivity, strong judgement, and the ability to surface and resolve tension before it becomes a risk. Initial travel to Dublin will be required for relationship building, followed by roughly monthly visits.

Role 2: ServiceNow-Led Service Automation Programme

You will take day-to-day delivery ownership of a large-scale service automation transformation for an enterprise client. ServiceNow sits at the core, alongside observability, monitoring, automation, asset control, and DevOps tooling integration. Delivery is primarily through a sizeable offshore outsourcer operating on a fixed-price model. You will manage them to outcomes while driving internal client dependencies, governance, and decision-making.

Highly desirable:

  • ServiceNow programme delivery experience
  • Integration or post-merger experience
  • Observability, monitoring, automation, or DevOps tooling exposure
  • Financial services or insurance sector background
