Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead and Developer to join our Technology Services team, focusing on production support, complex configurations, and system integration for risk, continuity, and security operations applications. The role emphasizes maintaining system health, optimizing user workspaces, and ensuring high data quality for business stakeholders. The position allows for remote work with flexibility for travel to the Nashville project site. A strong background in ServiceNow development and administration is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day technical support and administration for production IRM, BCM, and TPRM applications.
  • Maintain, configure, and optimize platform elements including forms, lists, workspace views, notifications, and ACLs.
  • Monitor automated scheduled jobs, active integrations, and rigorous data quality checks across security vectors.
  • Create, manage, and sustain shared interactive dashboards and metrics reporting interfaces for key stakeholders.

Key Skills:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, scripting, and system integrations.
  • Strong experience working with ServiceNow Workspace and UI Builder.
  • Proven background in a Computer Science discipline or equivalent professional IT industry experience (7 years preferred).
  • Willingness to work remotely with flexibility for frequent travel to our Nashville, TN project site.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Policy and Compliance (preferred).
  • Deep technical familiarity with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SecOps) (preferred).
  • Prior experience working in an enterprise systems integration environment (preferred).

Your mission will be to maintain system health, optimize user workspaces, and ensure high data quality for business stakeholders.
