Summary: The ServiceNow S2P Business Process Consultant role focuses on optimizing Source-to-Pay (S2P) workflows by translating business needs into standardized processes that enhance efficiency and compliance. The consultant will lead process discovery, design procurement workflows, and identify automation opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process discovery and requirements gathering for S2P initiatives
- Design end-to-end procurement workflows (sourcing, requisition, approvals, purchasing)
- Define vendor, contract, and purchasing processes
- Identify opportunities for automation, controls, and process optimization
- Translate requirements into user stories, process maps, and functional specs
- Partner with architects/dev teams to ensure solution alignment and delivery
- Support UAT, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communication
- Establish standardized procurement frameworks and best practices
Key Skills:
- 5-8+ years of experience in business process consulting/BA roles
- Experience with procurement, sourcing, or Source-to-Pay processes
- Strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering, and workflow design
- Experience working across business and technical teams
- Preferred: Experience with ServiceNow or enterprise procurement platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Preferred: Familiarity with finance, procurement, or supply chain operations

Kforce has a client in Austin, TX that is seeking a ServiceNow S2P Business Process Consultant focused on Source-to-Pay (S2P) to define and optimize procurement, sourcing, and purchasing workflows. This role translates business needs into standardized, automation-ready processes that improve efficiency, compliance, and spend visibility.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
