Summary: The ServiceNow Project Manager role is a contract position requiring SC clearance, focused on planning and delivering medium complexity ServiceNow platforms for a leading Government Institution. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver medium complexity ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
• Monitor and control projects using PRINCE2, APM, or other PM methodologies.
• Manage project budgets from a supplier perspective.
• Deliver multiple simultaneous projects within agreed timescales and budgets.
• Manage and influence customer and key stakeholder expectations.

Key Skills:

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms.
• Significant experience in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, APM).
