Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

• Lead best practices across multiple ServiceNow modules including TSM, TSOM/ITOM, IRM/GRC, SPM, OMT, CSM, HRSD, SecOps.
• Drive platform standardization, governance, and scalable design.
