- Maintain platform integrity and optimize CMDB structure while enforcing best practices.
- Manage update sets, version control, deployment processes, and platform governance frameworks.
- Lead large-scale ServiceNow implementations using agile methodologies.

- At least 10 years' experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and configuration.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations and scripting (JavaScript, Glide API).
