We are seeking a ServiceNow & CMDB Manager to support BAU operations with a focus on configuration.
You will need to manage & maintain the CMDB once you have worked through their recovery of the CMDB itself which is an inflight activity.
Key Responsibilities and Experience Required:
- CI correctness
- New & updated service mappings
- CI data quality
- Discovery data quality
- Be an extended part of our SN COEI
- Be an active participant in our CMDB working group
- Drive outcomes with CI Data Owners
- Reporting aspects around the CMDB
