Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical lead for ServiceNow development within a greenfield programme.
- Ensure best practices are followed across configuration and build.
- Work closely with architects and the programme team.
- Oversee other developers and ensure delivery quality across ITSM workstreams.
- Lead development activity and guide junior developers.
