Summary: The ServiceNow ITSM Business Analyst role in Bracknell involves supporting a strategic ITSM transformation initiative, specifically the migration to a dedicated EU-region ServiceNow instance. Key Responsibilities:
- Support ITSM transformation initiatives focusing on ServiceNow migration.
- Translate business needs into structured functional and technical requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and drive alignment across multiple teams.
- Ensure clear understanding of functional requirements between stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communication effectively.
- Analyze complex information and produce clear deliverables.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow with hands-on experience in ITSM modules.
- Solid understanding of ITSM processes including Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management.
