Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the ServiceNow IRM architecture, including integrations and data models.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical designs.
- Establish platform standards, governance, and best practices for IRM modules (Risk, Policy & Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk).
- Guide development teams and ensure solution quality through design reviews.
- Advise on performance, security, and compliance (GDPR, DPDP, FS regulations).
- Support roadmap planning and platform upgrades.
Key Skills:
- 8+ years in ServiceNow architecture with IRM/GRC expertise.
- Proven experience in financial services risk and compliance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of integrations (CMDB, ITSM, SecOps) and data security.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and solution design skills.
- Preferred Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, IRM/GRC Specialist, ITIL, PMP/Agile.
