We are seeking a ServiceNow IRM Architect & Project Lead to design and deliver enterprise-grade IRM solutions within a financial services environment. The role combines architectural ownership with end-to-end programme delivery across UK and offshore teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture, design, and configuration for ServiceNow IRM modules.
- Translate regulatory and business requirements into scalable solution designs.

Requirements
ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementation experience within financial services. Strong experience across architecture, governance, and delivery management. Understanding of risk & compliance frameworks and regulatory obligations. Experience integrating ServiceNow with CMDB, ITSM, SecOps, and reporting platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
