Role Summary
The Integration Engineer will design and develop secure, scalable, and compliant integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems across regulated environments.
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years ServiceNow integration experience
- Proven experience working in regulated European organizations
- Experience integrating cloud, security, IAM, monitoring, HR, and finance platforms
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs
- Build event-driven and real-time integrations
- Develop reusable integration frameworks
- Create secure data exchange mechanisms aligned to GDPR requirements
- Support platform migrations and modernization initiatives
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues and optimize performance
