Summary: The ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (ITSM) is tasked with leading the implementation of ServiceNow modules focused on IT Service Management. This role involves customizing ITSM processes to enhance IT operations and service delivery while ensuring adherence to best practices. The specialist will also provide post-implementation support and training to ensure successful adoption of the solutions. The position requires active SC clearance or eligibility for it.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ITSM implementations, configuring and customising ServiceNow modules in line with best practices.
  • Conduct requirements gathering workshops and design sessions with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement workflows, Scripting, automation, and configurations to support ITSM processes.
  • Have a strong understanding and experience in platform configurations, upgrades, and plugins, ensuring system integrity and security.
  • Test and troubleshoot ServiceNow functionality to guarantee stability, performance, and compliance.
  • Provide post-implementation support, documentation, and user training to ensure successful adoption.

Key Skills:

  • Active SC clearance (or eligibility to obtain SC clearance).
  • Proven experience in delivering ServiceNow ITSM implementations, with documented evidence of previous projects.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM) certification.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, etc.).
  • Foundation-level expertise in the ServiceNow platform, including: System administration; Platform configuration and management; Upgrades, plugins, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, process automation, and customisation.
  • Solid knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
