Summary: The ServiceNow HRSD Lead role involves leading the design, development, and delivery of HR Service Delivery solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The position requires collaboration with business stakeholders and HR teams to create scalable solutions while utilizing ServiceNow's out-of-the-box capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, particularly within the HRSD module, and will be responsible for technical design, development, and integration tasks. Strong leadership and technical expertise are essential for guiding teams and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into technical solutions without impacting existing configurations.
  • Create detailed technical designs aligned with business requirements using ServiceNow OOB features and best practices.
  • Design, develop, and customise ServiceNow applications and modules, primarily within HRSD.
  • Build, maintain, and support integrations with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Design and optimise workflows, flows, and business rules to streamline HR processes.
  • Use front-end technologies such as JavaScript, Jelly Script, HTML, XML, and CSS to enhance applications and portals.
  • Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, health checks, upgrades, and patching.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for configurations, processes, and solutions.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
  • Guide HRSD operations and release teams, ensuring successful delivery of stories and timely closure of incidents and requests.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with strong focus on the HRSD module.
  • Proven experience building and supporting complex integrations with HR/People systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle Applications, or similar platforms.
  • Strong ability to design solutions leveraging ServiceNow OOB capabilities and utilities.
  • In-depth understanding of ServiceNow foundation data and HR processes that depend on it.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources.

The Role
