Summary: The ServiceNow HRSD Developer II role is focused on designing and delivering intelligent HR service solutions through ServiceNow, emphasizing AI, automation, and system integrations. The position requires hands-on development experience and collaboration with HR stakeholders to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. This is a 12-month on-site contract based in Juno Beach, FL. The developer will work on various HR use cases, including case management and workflow orchestration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI-enabled and agentic workflows for HR use cases such as case routing, guided resolution, automated summarization, and knowledge recommendations.
- Develop and configure ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), including HR Case Management, Centers of Excellence (COEs), Employee Center, Knowledge Management, and Workspaces.
- Build and maintain complex automations using Flow Designer, reusable subflows, and approval processes.
- Design and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise HR systems (e.g., HRIS, identity and access management, and document/eSignature platforms) using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and Transform Maps.
- Develop scoped applications using App Engine Studio, including data models, scripting, and security configurations.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders, platform teams, and integration teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable solutions.
Key Skills:
- 3–7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with HRSD, Flow Designer, App Engine, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Proven experience with integrations (REST APIs, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps).
- Experience handling sensitive HR data with a strong understanding of security and compliance best practices.
- Experience working with ServiceNow Now Assist and related AI/agent capabilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience designing AI-driven or AI-assisted workflows within ServiceNow (e.g., Virtual Agent, intelligent routing, summarization, recommendations).
- Experience integrating HRSD with platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
- Familiarity with Performance Analytics, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and Advanced Work Assignment.
