  • Translate requirements into user stories, process maps, and functional specs

Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Business Process Consultant in Austin, TX.

Summary:
The client is looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant focused on HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to define and optimize employee service workflows, case management, and HR processes. This role translates business needs into standardized, automation-ready solutions that improve employee experience and HR efficiency.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
