Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the integration of Moveworks with ServiceNow using Openframe Knowledge API and Virtual Agent frameworks
- Configure and validate conversational flows widgets and role based access controls
- Develop and maintain Service Portals Catalog Items Scoped Applications and Mobile Experiences
- Automate workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align AI capabilities with business needs
- Design dashboards and analytics using Performance Analytics and App Engine Studio
- Ensure seamless interoperability between ServiceNow and enterprise systems
Key Skills:
- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow modules ITSM HRSD CSM CMDB
- Proven experience integrating AI platforms like Moveworks or Microsoft Copilot with ServiceNow
- Expertise in portal development and scoped applications
- Familiarity with plugin configuration Openframe Knowledge API Customer Service Management
- Experience with App Engine Studio Flow Designer and Virtual Agent
- Preferred Qualifications
