Summary: The ServiceNow Developer role requires an individual with active SC clearance to design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This position is based in London on a hybrid working arrangement for an initial 6-month contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow’s SPM suite, applications, modules, and workflows across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other areas.
  • Create and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, flows, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Participate in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform governance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects.

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer – SC Cleared on a Hybrid basis in London for an initial 6 month contract.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality applications and workflows that support business objectives and improve service delivery.
