Summary: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a major transformation programme for a leading managed service provider. The role primarily involves remote work with occasional travel to Manchester, focusing on delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions. Candidates should have proven experience in ServiceNow implementation and configuration, with a preference for those holding CTC clearance. This position is offered on a 6-month initial contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and implement functional and configuration changes across ServiceNow modules.
- Support seamless fault reporting and resolution within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
- Execute configuration, service delivery, and implementation activities (CSD).
- Operate confidently across SPN and CSN environments.
Key Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage across diverse teams.
- Proactive and hands-on approach, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow implementation and configuration.
