Summary: The ServiceNow Developer role focuses on enhancing the Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management projects by completing configurations and integrations related to the CMDB. The position requires collaboration with in-house developers and involves working on governance, compliance, and ITSM applications. The role is based in London and requires on-site presence twice a week. The contract is for an initial duration of six months and falls inside IR35 regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete the configuration of the CMDB Health Dashboards and default views for each CI Class.
  • Finish any remaining work related to the CI Class Manager.
  • Complete outstanding User Stories for Governance and Compliance, including the new service transition workflow.
  • Work on integration with ITSM applications, including Incident and Problem Management, Change Enablement, and Request Fulfilment.

Key Skills:

  • Significant experience of implementing CMDBs.
  • Experience with CSDM and Hardware and Software Asset Management implementation.
  • Thorough understanding of how other applications and modules integrate with CMDB data.
  • Ability to work with business users using non-technical jargon.
  • Confidence in presenting work to small groups, including senior managers.
  • Proficient in writing technical documents and business processes.
  • Experience working in a formal testing environment.

Salary (Rate): £575 daily

ServiceNow Developer - CSDM / CMDB

Rate – £500 - £575 per day Inside IR35, total to umbrella

Duration – 6 months initial

Location – London (Twice a week on site)

Additional ServiceNow developer resource to complement in-house developer to assist with the Hardware Asset Management and Software Asset Management projects.

What you’ll do over the duration:
