Key Responsibilities:

- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Utilize JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies in development tasks.
- Apply ITIL principles and ServiceNow best practices in project work.
- Collaborate effectively in a virtual team environment.
- Work with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, ITAM, and Performance Analytics.
- Implement Agile/SCRUM methodologies in project management.
