Summary: The ServiceNow Developer role involves working within the finance sector to gather requirements, design and implement workflows, and integrate ServiceNow with other systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Service Integration and Management consultants to assist clients in implementing Service Management / ServiceNow best practices
- Work with Process Consultants and Business Analysts to implement solutions
- Perform configurations using platform features
- Co-design and develop new ServiceNow applications and service features
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices
- Experience with core ServiceNow applications/modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and processes/capabilities including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Asset and Configuration Management
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS, Jelly, and Rest-API

My client is urgently seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a contract role within the finance space, the ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and implement new workflows, and integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, performing system upgrades, and providing training and support to end-users.
