Summary: The ServiceNow Developer role involves contributing to the development of the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM Maturity over a 6-month contract. The position requires customization of ServiceNow modules and the design of both front-end and back-end components. The developer will also be responsible for technical documentation and support. This role is hybrid, based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the adoption of ServiceNow modules through tool customisation
• Design and develop Front End Service Portal forms
• Design and develop Back End workflows (Flows)
• Perform support and technical documentation
• Development of ITSM Module, Self Service Portal, CMDB & Foundation Data, Knowledge Management, HR Service Delivery, and IRM
• Follow the Service Enablement roadmap

Key Skills:

• Significant and demonstrable commercial experience with the ServiceNow platform
• Knowledge of platform mechanics and best practices
• Experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Robust Transforms via IRE
• Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM & Asset Management
• Development experience in Self-Service Portal, AD/Azure AD Integration, and Scoped Applications
• Strong teamwork, self-management, coaching, collaboration & communication skills
• Proficiency in HTML, XML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript development
