Summary: The ServiceNow Developer will join the Business Change and Technology team on an 18-month fixed-term contract, focusing on the integration of ServiceNow with a third-party vendor. This role involves leading technical design and delivery, supporting development pipelines, and ensuring high-quality solutions. The position requires a mix of office and home working, with the head office located in Birmingham City Centre. The developer will also be responsible for maintaining documentation and driving continual service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple streams of technical design and delivery activity.
• Design, develop, implement, and test modules in ServiceNow.
• Provide administration and support for the ServiceNow Platform.
• Drive business requirements and translate them into sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation related to products and development pipelines.
• Implement third-party integrations and ensure system resilience.
• Quality assure technical delivery from the team and vendors.
• Provide 3rd Line Support during major incidents.

Key Skills:

• Proven ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
• Integration of ServiceNow with external tools using Web Services & REST APIs.
• Agile Development and DevOps experience.
• Degree level or equivalent qualifications.
• ServiceNow Developer or equivalent certifications (e.g., CSA or CAD).
• ITIL Foundation V3+ certification.
