Summary: We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to design and implement solutions that enhance risk management and compliance tracking. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the ServiceNow platform meets business needs and adheres to best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ServiceNow development, particularly in GRC modules. Responsibilities include developing workflows, maintaining system performance, and troubleshooting issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow GRC applications, including Policy and Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit Management modules.
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations to enhance GRC functionality.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize ServiceNow performance, ensuring scalability and security.
- Implement automated compliance reporting and dashboards for risk visibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow GRC applications.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and apply relevant upgrades or patches.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on GRC modules.
- Strong understanding of IT Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, GRC Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
