Delivery Manager required for new implementation of ServiceNow for central government department.

This role is offering market rates, OUTSIDE IR35.
Initially until end March 2026, extensions to be confirmed.
hybrid working/Coventry site.

Skills Experience:

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow including the HRSD and ITSM modules.
  • Proven experience in managing ServiceNow delivery projects in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • ITIL certification (preferred).
  • ServiceNow certifications (eg, CSA, CIS) are highly desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate experience in working across multiple delivery methodologies (eg Waterfall/Agile/Hybrid) using a variety of tools
  • Be able to clearly articulate your approach to managing people through the delivery lifecycle.
  • You have an excellent understanding of the Product lifecycle; be able to clearly understand and explain how product delivery moved through each phase of the lifecycle from Initial Demand to In-Life Continuous Improvement and Deprecation using Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid approaches
  • You can use data to inform planning as well as being able to articulate clearly to colleagues of all levels, degrees of information from technical detail to Board reports.
