Key Responsibilities:

- Support onboarding processes for new users and stakeholders.

These engagements will involve both enhancing existing ServiceNow platforms and implementing new functionality, with a strong focus on ITSM.
Responsibilities:
The ServiceNow Consultant will be required to update and optimise existing ServiceNow implementations for defence and government clients.
Configure and deploy new segments and categories within ITSM.
Conduct discovery workshops to capture and analyse customer requirements (B2B focus).
Provide hands-on technical support during project delivery.
Support onboarding processes for new users and stakeholders.
Collaborate with architects and other consultants to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
Experience:
The Service Now Consultant should have proven track record delivering Service Now projects, ideally within similar organisations
Strong ITSM module expertise, with hands-on configuration and customisation experience.
Ability to gather requirements, produce documentation, and communicate technical solutions clearly.
Comfortable working in a partly remote, partly on-site capacity.
Must hold active SC Clearance (DV Clearance advantageous).
Organisation:
Work will be mostly remote, with occasional travel to Wiltshire.
Initial contract for 3 - 6 months, with strong likelihood of extension due to pipeline of work.
