Summary: The role of ServiceNow Consultant focuses on Integrated Risk Management (IRM), requiring expertise in implementing and configuring ServiceNow IRM solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow IRM applications, including Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop workflows, business rules, and integrations to support IRM processes.
- Provide guidance on best practices for risk and compliance management within the ServiceNow platform.
- Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and IRM capabilities to ensure optimal platform utilization.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant, with specialization in IRM modules.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting (JavaScript), and integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance) highly desirable.
- Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) processes is a plus.
