ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Summary: We are seeking a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) for a 6-month contract to provide technical leadership on enterprise-scale ServiceNow transformation initiatives. The role requires extensive experience in designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions, along with strong stakeholder management skills. The position is hybrid, requiring two days per week onsite in Central London. The ideal candidate should be available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for ServiceNow transformation initiatives.
- Design and deliver enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively.
- Lead technical teams and oversee architecture governance.
- Work within Agile delivery environments.
Key Skills:
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification (Mandatory).
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities.
- Expertise in ServiceNow integrations, APIs, and platform architecture.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/SPM, CSM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Salary (Rate): £420 per day
