Summary: The role of ServiceNow Business Analyst/ServiceNow Product Owner involves working with a law firm to optimize their ServiceNow platform across Back Office functions. ServiceNow Business Analyst/ServiceNow Product Owner - Legal - London - 12 month FTC - up to £100,000pa - Hybrid working.

My Law firm client are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst/ServiceNow Product Owner to join them for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. They are looking for someone help them utilise their ServiceNow platform thoroughly across the firm's Back Office functions.

Working throughout the firm they will be responsible for collaborating with service, systems, and process owners to understand their needs and requirements. There is a strategic drive to be more efficient and automate where possible, by incorporating more process and workflow optimisations through the ServiceNow product.

They will be responsible for working closely with ServiceNow and the firms internal ServiceNow development team, ensuring that the product is customised to the needs of the business.

My client are looking for candidates with,

*Experience with ServiceNow products & scoped apps. Including an understanding of service catalogues, workflow automation, and cross-functional service delivery.
*Proven experience working with or managing relationships across global teams and diverse business functions, with experience of cultural and time-zone considerations in service delivery.
*Demonstrated ability to help teams transition from manual processes to digital service platforms.

This role is a Fixed Term Contract position, offering up to £100.000pa. They have a hybrid working policy of at least 3 days per week in the London office and the remainder worked remote.
