Summary: The ServiceNow Business Analyst role involves working with a global banking client in Sheffield to capture business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions within ServiceNow. The position is initially contracted until the end of June, with a strong likelihood of extension. The analyst will serve as a senior leader and functional product owner for ServiceNow, particularly focusing on procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the senior leader and overall Functional product owner for ServiceNow for Procurement
• Work with stakeholders and existing service owners to develop the strategy and roadmap for consolidating and implementing additional ServiceNow instances
• Provide strong Procurement subject matter expertise to stakeholders on vision, delivery and architecture design

Key Skills:

• Expert in ServiceNow implementations, architecture and strategy - ideally within banking
• Strong Business Analyst
• Experience of implementing and owning ServiceNow solutions end to end
• Understanding of Procurement processes
• Good working knowledge of partner processes eg finance and other banking Back Office models, would be preferred
• Track record of forming strong partnerships with external vendors and assurance of their deliverables
