Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements

- Support testing, change management, and solution validation
- Contribute to process improvement and optimisation across ITSM, HRSD, or other modules

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, HRSD)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
