Summary: The ServiceNow Automatepro Engineer role focuses on implementing the AutomatePro toolset, particularly AutoTest, and migrating manual test cases to this automated framework. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement AutomatePro toolset mainly AutoTest and migrate the manual test cases to AutoTest.
- Act as an SME to guide the team to automate the test cases.
- Implement the best practice guide for AutomatePro.
- Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing software, hardware, and IT processes.
- Compile and distribute reports on application development and deployment.
- Design and execute testing procedures to extract data from test runs.
- Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior.
Key Skills:
- Strong implementation knowledge in AutomatePro.
- E2E implementation and onboarding of AutomatePro Auto Test.
- Migration of ATF and other manual test cases to Auto Test.
- Experience in Auto Dev, Auto Deploy, and Auto Monitor.
- Good development experience.
- Good understanding of Service Catalogs, Record Producers, Templates, Service Portal, etc.
- Experience and understanding of Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST, SSO-SAML Setup, and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications.
