Summary: The ServiceNow Architect role focuses on designing and implementing comprehensive Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions for telecom wholesale clients. The position involves creating data models, ensuring data consistency across various systems, and leading integration architecture with OSS/BSS and CRM systems. The architect will also provide governance, conduct code reviews, and guide developers in solution design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect end to end CSM solutions for telecom wholesale (B2B carriers, partners, resellers).
- Design and maintain data models for customers, accounts, services, orders, tickets, and CMDB relationships.
- Ensure consistent data structures across CSM, ITSM, CMDB, and custom apps.
- Implement integrations using TMF Open APIs (ticketing, customer, product, order, service inventory).
- Lead integration architecture with OSS/BSS, CRM, assurance, monitoring systems.
- Define case, contract, entitlement, SLA/OLA frameworks.
- Implement effective Knowledge Management and workflows.
- Provide architectural governance, code reviews, and platform best practices.
- Lead workshops and guide developers through solution design.
Key Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and CMDB.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and integration architecture.
- Proficiency in TMF Open APIs.
- Knowledge of OSS/BSS and CRM systems.
- Experience in defining frameworks for case, contract, entitlement, SLA/OLA.
