Summary: The role of ServiceNow Architect focuses on designing and governing end-to-end solutions within the ServiceNow Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) module. This position requires collaboration with development teams to implement scalable telecom operations while ensuring alignment with ITOM, ITIL, and CMDB/CSDM standards. The role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week in central London, and is offered on a 6-month contract basis. The position is outside IR35 with a competitive daily rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architecture & Design: Define the technical roadmap, architecture, and design for TSM modules (service life cycle management, order management, network inventory).
  • Implementation & Integration: Architect complex integrations with BSS/OSS systems, using REST, SOAP, and IntegrationHub.
  • Domain Expertise: Lead implementation of Telecom Network Inventory, Product Catalog, and Service Order Management.
  • Governance & Mentorship: Guide developers, perform code reviews, and establish best practices for coding, customization, and platform upgrades.
  • Strategic Advisory: Partner with stakeholders to align platform improvements with business goals, enhancing customer service and reducing operational risks.

  • Platform Expertise: Extensive experience with ServiceNow TSM, ITSM, and ITOM.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Telecom domains (NOC operations, network life cycle, service assurance).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow APIs, Flow Designer, and CMDB/CSDM frameworks.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in software platforms, with a significant focus on architecture.

Our client is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to join their team initially for a 6 months contract.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in central London.
The daily rate is £550-£570 per day outside IR35.
