Summary: The ServiceNow Architect role requires an individual with active SC clearance to lead the implementation of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and ITAM. The position is primarily remote with occasional onsite work in Wiltshire. The architect will be responsible for ensuring a robust CMDB through effective governance and workshop facilitation. This is a contract position classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and/or ServiceNow ITAM.
- A strong understanding of the CMDB and applicable governance.
- Able to lead workshops, run ITOM Discovery (product) and analyse/adjust results for a robust implementation delivering a healthy CMDB.
- Must have a Mainline certification in ITOM/ITAM.
Key Skills:
- Active SC clearance.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM.
- Strong understanding of CMDB governance.
- Workshop facilitation skills.
- Mainline certification in ITOM/ITAM.

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a ServiceNow Architect for an initial 3 month contract 90% Remote working and 10% Onsite in Wiltshire.
*MUST HOLD ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE.*
*INSIDE IR35.*
